PROCEDURE
The whole production cycle is fully monitored. The traceability and hence control of individual components is achieved by careful management choices at different levels, which guarantees the quality of the finished product.
The raw materials used to create the components for a finished product are selected for their intrinsic technical characteristics and according to application, by AGLA's technical staff.
Once the various components for a product have been selected, they are purchased directly by the company through our network of selected suppliers. By employing this centralised method of control for the entire manufacturing process, any possibility of alternative, inferior materials being purchased and used is removed, so avoiding any of the risks this could entail.
Every product we put on the market is subjected to testing and prototyping before production commences. These testing and eligibility certifying processes are carried out by Agla Elettronica technicians on our own premises.
AGLA consigns certain intermediate processes (electronics assembly, structural metalwork, treatments) to external companies, but all finished products are subsequently assembled and tested by our own technicians. External suppliers and subcontractors are selected through a careful technical and professional evaluation process according to strict quality standards.
From the point of view of logistics we tend to select companies based in the local area, which allows greater control of our external activities and enables us to monitor and control the quality of the process and keep management costs down.
