Variable Information Message Boards
Transmitting clearer and more comprehensive information to the public is required for urban areas and roadways.
AGLA responds to these requirements with a series of products based on mono and multi-coloured LED displays, with fixed or variable messages. Panels for urban areas are positioned in town centres or on the approach roads, to provide public information of a general or specific type on the traffic situation, usually with variable message displays. Panels for Limited Traffic Zones and Parking Guidance signs (see Car Parks) are a specific type of display relating to the urban or suburban road network. There are usually no restrictions on size or shape, except for signs that are required by law.
In addition to the requisite technical and construction aspects, AGLA Elettronica also pays a great deal of attention to aesthetic considerations, to create products that are both stylish and easy to use and maintain.
The company offers various types of panel, according to the type of application and location:
- fixed panels;
- movable panels;
- panels with scrolling or sliding messages;
- fixed display where the message is completed with a number of different screens within a calculated and predetermined time period.
AGLA can supply standard information panels designed and manufactured by our own technicians, or alternatively, panels desiged to customer specifications.
Remote management is via specific software that is versatile and extremely user-friendly.
Various solutions are available for connecting to a variety of equipment with cables or wirelessly, using the most up-to-date and popular transmission systems such as GSM and GPRS.
The LEDs we use - supplied by leading manufacturers worldwide - are high quality, extremely efficient and selected according to the type of use.
